William & Deborah Mitchell are the apostolic leaders of City Ignite Church.

They are the senior pastors of City Ignite Church in Guildford, London, UK. They have four sons and strong testimonies, to the glory of God.  They are passionate for God, reaching souls, equipping the body of Christ and planting churches. They are ordained apostles with a strong preaching and prophetic anointing, with healing and miracles.  They have pastored and pioneered church works in South Africa and the UK. They also travel extensively across the nations bringing apostolic/prophetic direction to the church and raising up the end time prophetic gifting in the body of Christ.  William has also had the privilege of ministering to government officials in various countries and countless businessmen.  They have a huge vision to establish the kingdom of God.

They are in an accountability relationship with Dr. Gustav Du Toit, the apostle of Lofdal International, Cape Town, South Africa.
